Mmmm! Fresh Tillamook ice cream! We couldn't take a trip to Oregon and not stop there. We went in, got some ice cream, watched them make cheese, then went to sample some cheese. Besides wanting some ice cream, we were so excited to buy some cheese curds; but as luck would have it, they were sold out! At least we got to sample some.
Yes, I'm holding two cones. But you'll notice that I'm only eating one! I held Grandma's while she took the picture for us. Yum, I'm ready for seconds!
Nani and I were the only ones in the family that would even consider posing in this picture- but hey, who needs dignity anyway?

I am LOVING these trip photos! (And trying not to covet at the same time.) I want to go do this trip again so badly. We went when Alyssa was 4 and she got the stomach flu. She threw-up all over in the Tillamook ice cream parlor. Jarom lifted her right upside down and crammed her head in the garbage can. It was pretty funny and sad and gross, and one of the things we will NEVER forget. Hopefully none of you had the experience of throwing up in Tillamook! :)
Haha! Your poor family! It's awesome that you still love traveling as much as you do since one of you guys always gets sick! And I say that out of compassion, because if anyone gets sick on the family vacations- it's usually me. Except when I threw in Disneyland, it was all over the foliage at the Pirates of the Carribean. This was a fun trip, you guys should definitely go with all your kids now. (And for the record, we all stayed quite healthy)! :)
