Today David got all four wisdom teeth pulled. He went in the morning and came back pretty drugged. Since I'm such a nice sister, I won't put any pictures of him on here (at least not right now), I'll just talk about him! :) No, actually, he's doing pretty good, he just looks super out of it right now. He got home and was helped downstairs by Mom and Dad, and got all settled on the couch.
I was up in the kitchen and Mom came up laughing and carrying a little carton of ice cream that David got to bring home. She put it in the freezer as she told me, "I have instructions 'not to let Tiana eat this'!" Hmmm, I guess he's not that delirious. It's kind of funny to find out what things lurk in people's inner sanctum, and only truly reveal themselves when that person is only semi-conscious.
Kelani was downstairs watching, "Eclipse" and cleaning, so David got to "enjoy" the movie while he laid on the couch. He's been making fun of it the whole time (which actually isn't any different from how he is without medication).
He has a nice "Jacob Marley" head wrap/ice pack thing that we had to put on him. As I went to tie it on, I asked him if he was ready for it and he shook his head, so I told him, "Mom said to put this on in 20 minutes, and it's been 20 minutes." So he mumbled, "She meant 20 minutes from now." Nice try!
Then just a few minutes ago he said to Mom, "Ith my tounge thwollen?" Probably just numb. Poor guy!
But he's quite the trooper!

Oh poor David! I hated getting my wisdom teeth pulled. One of Jarom's preists just got his teeth done too, so Jarom and I were up all night watching you tube wisdom teeth videos. If you haven't seen the "Unicorn Wisdom Teeth" one, you must. If gave us a GREAT laugh.
