Fun fun fun

Saturday night while the guys were all at priesthood, Becca and Heidi set up the projector and we watched, "Brigadoon", such a good movie!

The boys got home and there were some serious rounds of "Set" going on. We had some treats and of course some entertainment....
Those of us who were upstairs could hear all the "partying" going on downstairs. Lots of cheering, yelling, and laughing, all accompanied by the beat of the juke box in the background.

And of course, we all stayed up late talking and laughing while it was raining outside. The cabin was nice and warm and we were having a great time. Then all of a sudden the power went out. It came back on for a minute, then went out again. You'd think that would be the end of the party, right? Not! Ok, so the parents went to bed (Dad made a few re-appearances, but it was mostly in his "almost awake" state). But Becca and Heidi rounded up some candles and we were up for about another hour or so. Of course, once we'd all decided it was time to go to bed and had just gotten tucked in....the lights came on. So we all got up and went around turning them off!

Thanks to the flash on my camera, we can see what was going on in this picture. But what you won't be able to tell is that it's completely dark.

But after all the fun we had, it eventually got to be time to head home. Not without a group picture, though! Which was followed by David and Spencer beating each other up a little. :) What a fun weekend!!
